I will not have time to write a typical blog post today, but I found a little time to stop by the museum this morning and took some photos of the construction going on there. I will post some of those photos here so that you can see the progress that is being made.

First, there is a little work being done on the exterior of the building, but most of the work these days is being done in the new upstairs interior space. Here we see outside work.

Some equipment that will be part of the heating and air conditioning systems awaits installation.

The doorways on the right are for the 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen. The door on the back wall is the entry to the gallery which is part of our present building.

The photo below shows a meeting room with a pass-through to the kitchen.

In the next photo, you will see the doorway into the kitchen area in the forefront with framing for the two bathrooms in the background.

Finally, this last photo shows what the new gallery space will look like in our new addition.

I hope you agree with me that our new addition is coming along quite nicely. We are getting excited about using this space in the not-too-far distant future.
