I am away from the wonderful resources that we have in our museum’s research library, so I cannot do the normal research I do to come up with our blog posts.  So today, I am going to merely throw out a few names of interest to see if any of our readers may have any information on them.  Each of the people named either were born or died on the Fourth of July.  They also spent at least part of their lives in places other than Perry County, Missouri, yet they have some sort of connection to this place.  I am wondering how these people got to those places.  If you have any input, please add your comments on this website.

• Ernst Friedrich Karl Buenger   Died July 4, 1969 in Kimmswick, MO but for a time lived in Arapahoe, Colorado
• William Glenn Johnson  Born on July 4, 1958 in Lincoln, NE
• Joan Kathleen Mueller  Born on July 4, 1955 in Madelia, MN
• Lois Ann Klein  Born on July 4, 1937 in Greeley County, NE
• Edwin E. Bracher  Born on July 4, 1901 and died in Rockville, MO
