I’d Better Take the Day Off

This will be a quick one.  My life is endangered if it is not.  Today, my dear wife, Sandi, and I are celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary.  Without Sandi’s support, I would never be able to write regularly on this blog.  She is so understanding of my passion for keeping the stories alive for the people tied to East Perry County history.  However, today is just one of those days I must take the day off.  If I took the time to research dead people today, I think I might end up a dead person myself.  So let me just say that I love my wife dearly, and I hope to return to writing soon.  Hopefully, my gravestone will not be the next one published on this site.
