Today is a travel day for me as I head back to Altenburg. Thus, I cannot spend the time necessary to write a new story. Instead, I am going to resurrect this post which was first published on this day in 2017. It tells the tale of a man who spent some time as a Pocahontas pastor. In addition to his pastoring skills, he was also a gifted artist. We have his painting of the Log Cabin College on display in our museum.
