I made the decision to invest in a new laptop, and it came yesterday. I have been in the business of getting it loaded with what I need for my usual business. Therefore, I am taking an easy way out today. I am sharing a story that was written back in 2019 on the occasion of a Heinrich Fritsche’s birthday in Germany. Today happens to be the birthday of his wife, Bertha Boehme. In fact, it is what I would call a special birthday. She would be celebrating her 175th birthday because she was born on January 20, 1849. The arrival of Henry and Bertha along with several of their children on the ship, Oldenburg, in 1891 marked the beginning of what I would call the “Farrar Fritche’s”.
